Group phase
You have predicted all 72 group matches. You will score 3 points based on whether you correctly predict whether the game ends up in a victory for team A, a victory for team B, or a tie. You can also score a point if you correctly predict how many goals team A or B makes, independent of whether you get the victory, loss or tie correct. The score for a correctly predicted match is thus 5 points. This makes the maximum score in the group phase 360 points.
Knock-out phase
The 32 advancing teams play in a single-elimination knock-out format.
- For every correct 32 group qualifiers players receive 2 points.
- For every correct 1/8th finalist (top 16) players receive 4 points.
- For every correct quarter finalist (top 8) players receive 8 points.
- For every correct semi finalist (top 4) players receive 4 points.
- For every correct finalist (top 2) players receive 8 points.
Final phase
Additionally, players score points for correctly predicting the top 4 as follows:
- For the correct FIFA World Cup 2026 winner players receive 20 points
- For the correct FIFA World Cup 2026 runner-up players receive 10 points
- For the correct FIFA World Cup 3rd place players receive 5 points
- For the correct FIFA World Cup 4th place players receive 5 points
Earnings
- First place: 200 euro and a beautiful(?) trophy!
- Second place: 90 euro and a beautiful(?) medal!
- Third place: 10 euro and a beautiful(?) medal!
- (that was the space for 28 players who get nothing)
- Last place: 10 euro and a beautiful(?) medal and potentially some feelings of shame and/or disapointment!
